Chanting! Why? How? When?

Many people have seen others chanting a name or mantra repeatedly, often using a counting method such as a mala. This naturally raises a question: Why do people chant? What is the real purpose behind it?

Is chanting simply a matter of blind belief, or does it also have scientific and psychological foundations?

Interestingly, people who have practiced chanting for long periods often claim that it has improved their mental clarity, emotional balance, and inner peace. In this article, we will explore this practice from two perspectives: the teachings of Sanatan Dharma and the understanding of modern physiology and psychology.

Before analysing its deeper meaning, it is important to first understand how chanting is traditionally practiced and what rules are associated with it.

Chanting in Sanatan Dharma

According to the scriptures of Sanatan Dharma, Naam Jap (repetition of a divine name) and Mantra Jap (repetition of sacred mantras) are considered fundamental spiritual practices, especially for a beginner or an average sadhak.

A sadhak is someone who is on the path of spiritual discipline and self-development. Since not everyone can immediately control the mind or senses, chanting becomes a practical method to gradually bring the mind under discipline.

The scriptures suggest certain guidelines for someone practicing chanting.

1. Waking Up Early

The practitioner should wake up early, usually about one hour before sunrise. This period, known as Brahma Muhurta, is considered highly suitable for spiritual practices because the environment is calm and the mind is naturally quiet.

2. Physical Activation

After completing basic daily routines, the practitioner should perform some physical activity or exercise. This helps activate the body, improve blood circulation, and prepare the body for sitting steadily during meditation or chanting.

3. Bath and Preparation

After bathing, the practitioner should sit in a fixed place, at a fixed time, and preferably in clean clothing. The spine should remain straight and the body relaxed.

This consistency helps the body and mind associate that particular place and time with a calm, focused state.

4. Slow and Steady Chanting

The chanting should be done slowly and rhythmically, coordinated with calm breathing. The sound vibration and the breathing pattern together help regulate the nervous system.

5. Counting the Chant

Traditionally, counting is done using a mala (rosary) or another counting method. However, the counting itself should not become the main focus. The primary focus should remain on the mantra and the awareness of the mind.

6. Lifestyle Discipline

Apart from the chanting itself, scriptures often suggest supportive lifestyle practices such as:

  • Eating light and vegetarian food
  • Maintaining truthfulness
  • Speaking less and speaking calmly
  • Avoiding unnecessary agitation or negativity

These disciplines help stabilize the mind and support the chanting practice.

The Physiological Perspective

When we observe these practices through a modern physiological and neurological lens, something interesting emerges.

This routine is not merely a religious ritual. It also resembles a structured mental training system.

Modern neuroscience shows that when a person performs a specific activity at the same time every day, while experiencing similar emotions and mental focus, the neural pathways in the brain begin to change.

This process is known as neuroplasticity.

The concept of neuroplasticity was widely studied by neuroscientist Dr. Michael Merzenich, who demonstrated that repeated mental activities can reorganize neural pathways in the brain. His work showed that consistent repetition strengthens certain neural connections while weakening others.

Further research by Dr. Donald Hebb, a neuropsychologist, led to what is known as Hebb's Rule, often summarized as “neurons that fire together, wire together.” This means that when a certain pattern of thoughts or behaviors is repeated consistently, the brain gradually strengthens that pattern.

Studies in behavioral psychology also suggest that noticeable behavioral and neurological changes often appear within about 21 days of consistent reinforcement, with stronger effects occurring over several months. Research in habit formation by Dr. Phillippa Lally and colleagues at University College London (2009) found that repeated daily actions gradually become automatic behaviors through neural reinforcement.

Psychologists around the world use similar techniques today to:

·         Build new habits

·         Break unhealthy habits

·         Improve emotional stability

·         Strengthen concentration

From this viewpoint, chanting functions as a structured mental conditioning process.

How Chanting Affects the Mind and Body

Several elements of chanting influence the body and mind simultaneously.

1. Repetition and Focus

Repeating a mantra gives the wandering mind a single point of focus. Instead of jumping between thoughts, the mind slowly learns to remain steady.

2. Breath Regulation

Slow chanting naturally synchronizes with slow breathing. Slow breathing is known to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which helps reduce stress and calm the body.

3. Sound Vibrations

Many traditional mantras contain specific sound patterns. These vibrations can stimulate certain areas in the throat, chest, and skull, which may influence mood and mental states.

4. Habit Formation

Practicing daily at the same time trains the brain to enter a calm and focused state automatically.

The Deeper Purpose

If we combine both perspectives—spiritual tradition and modern physiology—it becomes clear that chanting is not merely a blind belief.

It is a method of training the mind.

Through discipline, repetition, breath control, and sound vibration, chanting gradually helps a practitioner:

  • Reduce mental restlessness
  • Improve concentration
  • Develop emotional balance
  • Build inner awareness

For beginners on the spiritual path, this becomes a powerful tool for self-control and mental purification.

Conclusion

Chanting, or Naam Jap, may appear simple from the outside. However, when we study it carefully, it reveals itself as a well-structured practice that works on both spiritual and physiological levels.

Ancient traditions described these practices thousands of years ago, and modern science is now beginning to understand some of the mechanisms behind them.

Whether one approaches chanting from faith, curiosity, or scientific interest, its consistent practice can gradually bring calmness, discipline, and clarity to the mind.

And perhaps that is the true purpose behind it. What do you think about this? Please share your thoughts in the comment section

Jagannath Ji: The Lord of the Universe and His Fascinating Stories

When we hear the name Jagannath, we think of grand chariots rolling through Puri’s streets, vibrant crowds chanting "Jai Jagannath," and an ocean of devotion that washes over millions of hearts. But beyond these colorful celebrations lies a rich tapestry of stories — mysterious, magical, and deeply spiritual.

Who is Jagannath Ji?

"Jagannath" literally means "Lord of the Universe." He is a form of Lord Vishnu, revered mainly in Odisha and by devotees all over the world. His unique idol — with big round eyes, no visible hands or feet — symbolizes the idea that God is beyond shape and form, always watching and protecting all.

The Story of the Incomplete Idol

Once, King Indradyumna wanted to build an idol of Lord Vishnu that was like no other. Vishwakarma, the divine sculptor, agreed to carve it — but on one condition: he would work in complete privacy, and no one should disturb him.

Days passed, and the king grew impatient. Convinced that the sculptor had left, he opened the door. To his shock, he found the idols of Jagannath, Balabhadra, and Subhadra in an unfinished state, with no hands or feet. But a divine voice assured him that these idols were complete in their own mysterious way. Thus, the idols remain as they are, reminding us that God’s ways are beyond human understanding.

Why Jagannath Eats Everything!

Once, Goddess Lakshmi left the temple after an argument with Jagannath ji. In her absence, he and his siblings (Balabhadra and Subhadra) had no food to eat and suffered greatly. After she returned, Jagannath ji promised Lakshmi that he would always respect her presence and he would accept all offerings with great love.

This is why, even today, Jagannath is offered 56 different types of bhog (food offerings), known as "Chhappan Bhog." The tradition continues to show that God joyfully accepts all the love we offer.

The World-Famous Rath Yatra

Every year, Lord Jagannath comes out of the temple to give darshan to everyone — regardless of caste, creed, or religion — during the Rath Yatra. This is the only time when the Lord "visits" his devotees, symbolizing inclusiveness and universal love.

People pull the giant chariots, sing, dance, and celebrate the journey of the Lord to his aunt’s house (Gundicha temple), returning after nine days. The chariots themselves are built anew every year, symbolizing renewal and impermanence.

A Symbol of Limitless Compassion

Jagannath Ji’s large, round eyes show us his endless watchfulness and compassion for every being. His "incomplete" form reminds us to see beyond appearances and realize the formless divinity that dwells everywhere.

Jagannath Ji in Tantra: The Mysterious Lord Beyond Form

When we think of Jagannath ji, we often imagine the grand chariots of Puri and the sweet prasad of Mahaprasad. But behind the rituals and festivals, there is a secret layer of spiritual meaning — a Tantric dimension, which reveals Jagannath Ji as the ultimate cosmic energy beyond all forms.

Jagannath: The Supreme Tantra Tattva

In Tantra, Jagannath is not just Vishnu or Krishna in a new form — he is Para Brahman, the ultimate formless consciousness. His round, wide eyes represent the ever-witnessing Chaitanya (pure consciousness) that sees everything but remains untouched.

His incomplete body (no hands or feet) symbolizes that the ultimate divine cannot be limited to human form. This is the highest teaching in Tantra: "Sarvam khalvidam Brahma" — everything is Brahman.

The Secret of Mahalakshmi’s Departure

According to Tantric stories, when Goddess Lakshmi leaves Jagannath ji (as in the popular legend), it signifies the withdrawal of Shakti (energy) from Shiva (pure consciousness). Without Shakti, Shiva is inactive.

Tantra teaches that only when Shakti returns, the universe (and Jagannath’s play) becomes active again. This story is not just a household quarrel — it symbolizes the cosmic dance of Shiva-Shakti, the union of energy and consciousness.

🕉 Tantric View of the Rath Yatra

The Rath Yatra is not just a journey to the Gundicha temple. In Tantra, it is symbolic of the soul’s journey from the Muladhara (root) chakra to the Sahasrara (crown) chakra, the ultimate spiritual awakening.

When devotees pull the chariot, it represents pulling one’s own inner energy upward towards liberation. The festival reminds us that we must "pull" our minds towards God with full devotion.

The Story of Daru Brahma

Tantric texts talk about Daru Brahma, the divine wood from which Jagannath idols are carved. Daru represents both the physical body and the cosmic tree of life (Kalpavriksha).

In Tantra, the Daru Brahma is the union point where form and formlessness meet. The Lord’s image, emerging from the sacred wood, teaches that divinity resides in all matter, and everything can be transformed into the divine with the right knowledge.

Symbol of Universal Tantra

Jagannath ji accepts all offerings, from all castes and all people — this is a Tantric ideal of inclusiveness. In Tantra, every being and every act can become a path to divine realization when done with consciousness and devotion.

Final Thoughts

Jagannath Ji’s stories teach us devotion, patience, simplicity, and inclusiveness. Whether you see him in his Puri temple, during Rath Yatra, or in your own heart, he remains the eternal friend, the cosmic protector, and the smiling face of infinite love.

🙏 Jai Jagannath! May his blessings bring peace and joy to your life.

Universal cosmic energy

This world is full of energy and light . Some energy are familiar and full of life and creation while some creats death and distrruction...Both are needed for this universe to run... So it has been generated...like I there will no hunger there will no be food.. All the energy spread in this world equally and eventually... While there will be some disturbance to it.. it will act on it and make the balance again and again...

Centuries ago our indian schoolers and scientists ( rishis and munis) had get to know about this concept and they do the research that how a human can contemplate this cosmic energy to the physical world and use it in the lifestyle so great works can  be done. After my decades many different Rishis and Munis  comes to different different results...  Some get extreme calmness and prosperity and some get darkness and the technic of distrruction and illusions...
Later on they had divided the energies into 3 catagory/ groups such as,
1- Rajashik-( with qualities of prosperity and enlightenment of Suprime mind and soul)

2- Shatwik-( with qualities of gaining of happiness and joy and prosperity of body and mind)

3- Tamashik -( with qualities of distrruction , devision, illusions and getting controle over anything)

Hence Rajash and Shatwik are came to use on frequently it's became more valuable then the Tamashik. The primal Rishis , Bramha rishis and Maharshis simplified the complex procedures of the technics and rituals and manifested the those energies to some vocabs, some senetence... They called it mantras
Some of us may have the question like how can a mantra will be effective or can provide us some big cosmic energy... To understand it let me go through some simple physics,,,, as per the great Einstein " No energy can be created or destroyed ; it can ony be manifested or changes it self "
(( The same meaning  has been explained in an Indian scriptures, that is
" ॐ पूर्णमदः पूर्णमिदं पूर्णात्पूर्णमुदच्यते ।
पूर्णस्य पूर्णमादाय पूर्णमेवावशिष्यते ॥
ॐ शान्तिः शान्तिः शान्तिः...
It means the same , here ॐ  represents as a energy)).

And all the energy created from a vibration... If you make the proper vibrations in a particular proportion and in a certain way any one can manifest the cosmic energy to this very phisical world...
Through out these hundreds of years of Colonialisation of India, these techniques has been destroyed and forgotten.

Today I will try  the secret mantra that will not only neutralize your surroundings but also increase the positive energies. I will give some basics mantras and I will briefly explain what are the benefits one can get only by chanting them for 1 week.
1- To change the vision and ideology one can chant the basic adi Shakti Gayatri mantra
##ॐ भूर्भुवः स्वः तत्सवितुर्वरेण्यं भर्गो देवस्य धीमहि धियो यो नः प्रचोदयात्##( chant 7 times every morning after taking bath).

2- To manage your anger and getting self control one can chant
##(chant 3 times twice  before bed and after weak up).

3- To get yourself out of fear of anything one can chant
##ॐ उग्रं वीरं महाविष्णुं ज्वलन्तं सर्वतोमुखम्।## ((sit straight take long breath and chant this mantra every morning and evening))

4- To get control over your internal enemy like kama, krodh, lobha , moha, mada or mascharaya or any other similar circumstances one can chant
##ॐ ह्रीं बगलामुखी सर्व दुष्टानां वाचं मुखं पदं स्तम्भय जिह्वां कीलयं बुद्धिं विनाशय ह्रीं ॐ स्वाहा (Chant this mantra every night before bed , you should at first clean yourself and the room chant 3times and bow down so the energy can flow within your spin )

Every mantra have to be clear at the of pronounciation , it should be in a genetel tone the more give faith the more you get... Because when we put our faith in something or someone , our mind and body changes itself from defending to accepting mode...

I think this might be helpful to you... If so do share to another so others can be benefited....
                                        Thank you

Dark Arts- Blind believe in dark Arts

We have been seen there are so many uncertainty we grow in our regular Life till from childhood... Like ghost, saitan/devil, Genie, kala jaadu/ black magic and somany.... Even we are so morden when we go for any work if a cat crossed our path we don't go forward, cuz may be something terrible will happen.. through out of our life this things have been thought to us , or we observed from other's acts and we start following them.. without asking any questions...

So let's clarify some of these, is there any possibility that these things are real or not....
     # Ghost, saitan/devil, Genie, kala jaadu/ black magic.. Are they real..
In this so called morden days TV serials and social media has eaten our intellect and knowledge.... They represent horrible pictures and characters in a terrorizing story in  certain interesting way which relates our normal life... So when we see those stories we believe in it, and that's how fear comes to our mind and start poluting it slowly slowly.. So we should know there's no such kind of things are real in this physical world...
In Bible/ Quran or in many Hindu scriptures there are somany explanation of a bad being named as Saitan... At the earliest agese some artists painted some horrible pictures and gave a name that is the saitan or the devil... People start accepting it as it is ; and then decade after decades story tellers started making stories on it and people started believe in it... All though it was started from the Bibel, Quran and other Hindu scriptures no where it has been mentioned that devil is in somewhere out in hell... As per  all the holy scriptures devil is not in somewhere out side it is in our inner self ... who's main 6 weapons are also known as shadaripu (kama,krodha,lova,moha,mada,mascharaya).. All our emotions are his weapons which leads to suffering in our life.
In my previous articles on ghost and paranormal activity I explained everything about ghost if you didn't read that must have a look.
A great master once told me life will be simple if we start to understand things, cuz be became that what we think....

People often seek tantriks/ so called babas/mullas and so called healers for there own created problems... It has been observed in many rural areas of India when someone will be ill  or some one's business/work will go down instead of knowing the reason behind it people's starts doing pujas, havanas ,seek tantriks to remove obstacles... It is like the same that you don't know how to swim and jumped in to the sea.  So we should think with our intellect and with our  experience before doing any actions...
When you think and talk about what you want each day then gradually you start attracting that. You start evolving that in your daily life...

Believe in science , believe in yourself.... and  start working accordingly...

Thanks for your valuable time and support... Don't hesitate to share your opinion... May your opinion change someone's opinion too.....

How to worship lord Ganesha-shivatatwamidam-part-3-srikar subhankar google.com

.                     (Lord Ganesha)                   .
According to Hindu puranas and holly books the lord Ganesha have different values. He has been defined by many names like Agrapujya, Lamboudara ,Pingalkya etc..... There are more then 1000 of names which defines lord Ganesha's nature & characteristics . When we hear lord Ganesha; we create a picture in our mind.. like a figure of a man with elephant head with fat bally who have one teeth... He is sitting with a blessing hand and in the other hand he have Modak/laddu (basically sweets), he is the god of knowledge and wisdom.... He observes all negative energy and solves all our problems...

But do you know you have been mistaken in your whole life..you are putting your all faith , believe and devotion for nothing... Even though you are following all the rituals with devotion and love after that also you don't get what you want .... Because whatever you are doing you are doing it wrong...  Because the technic of  worshiping lord Ganesha is different.
Before going to worship lord Ganesha we must know who is lord Ganesha...?

ACCORDING TO VEDAS. & UPANISHADS :-
According to Upanishads and Vedas Ganesha is the agra pujya son of lord Shiva and Parvati/shakti who is the knowledge provider. First of all let me clarify that no physical existence of lord  Ganesha we simbolise a characteristic of the nature as Him. Like all other scriptures and idols are indications or symbolisesion of a mental and internal mechanism of the hauman body, mind and soul. Like we discussed before in the shivatatwamidam(part 1).
.      (Lord Ganesha is in muladhara)
In the Upanishads it's clearly mentioned that

 Thavadhare mole saha samayaya lasyaparaya
Navathmanam manye navarasa maha thandava natam
Ubhabhya Methabhyamudaya vidhi muddhisya dhayaya
Sanadhabyam jagne janaka jananimatha jagathidam.
The above shloka exactly defines who ia Ganesha . According to this shloka on the lotus of the muladhara He seats inside the cave calmly and joyfully... He provides prosperity, knowledge and intellect ; He is also the great healer. By seating there He controls everything. So the person who clears the path for him (by straighning the Ida,nila and pingala)... One can get his blessings in his/her life.
In a yogic point of view our body is made of 5 tatwas and these 5 tatwas are balanced and organized by 7 chakras of our body.....
Starting from muladhara to sahasra.... All these 7 chakras have its own specialities and own values, it's a vast topic so let's discuss only about the muladhara chakra.
Muladhara is situated within the bottom tale of our bone marrow and its is the base chakra. Though it  has no physical existence but it's there. According to yoga scripture and yogis It's the one of  most powerful center in our body.... If one energies it in a proper way simultaneously first the chakra gets activated then also the kundalini get activated. Once the muladhara chakra get activated it will energies our body and mind, and heals our body... There are several uses of this chakra, in old ages of Vedas some yogis were able to transform, heal themselves at the same time the others with this chakra.... It's the source of the pure knowledge & experience. Every yoga practitioner must atfirst awaken the muladhara chakra only after that only the journy to the moksha starts.
So it is the most important and necessary for every one that they should awaken the muladhara chakra.
That's why our great rishis and Yogis created scripture of ganesha so that even a normal person can understand the great  process to awaken the muladhara chakra.
The proper way to worship lord Ganesha:-
The proper or the exact way to worship lord Ganesha is only by practicing yoga... But Even if you bow down regularly to Him you can get his blessings in your life. There is a simple technique, all you have to do is after the morning bath wear clean clothes and sit on a mat or on your bed (but make sure your bed is clean and the surface must be flat ). Drink a glass of water and sit straight with your suitable posture . Take a deep soundless and slow breath let all your concerntration be on the muladhara (on the bottom of the bone marrow) and bow down forward and again sit straight. Then try to concerntrate on your agyan chakra/ bhrukuti...sit as long as you can. At the end do the same again and bow down and go for regular work.... Most of the students and businessmen should do this simple technique... This will reduce your stress and will help to controle all kind of emotions.
.         (worship god within yourself)

Healing power | heal your self by proper breath

Every liveing thing in this world needs oxizen to be alive, so all of us breath air to contain oxizen and other things for survive. According to a study A normal person can't survive for long without food, water, sleep, or air. Survival experts apply the "rule of threes" to lasting without essentials. You can go about three weeks without food, three days without water, three hours without shelter, and three minutes without air.
But you know in the holy cave of Himalaya there are somany yogies who don't drink wather or don't take any food but they are still living and believe me they are more stronger than us.
On the way to Mumbai from odisha, I meet a  78 years yogi in train who didn't take food for last 30 yrs; but he was so strong as comparison to his aged peoples. I  was surprised and bewitched  about how he is able to maintain his body and lifestyle. So I started questioning him , he replied me with many satisfied answers... He teach me many knid of breathing to control various emotions... I practice all those technics and practically I able to control all of my emotions...
Our brain and breathing are Suplimentary to each other. When our mentality changes our proportion of breathing. When we feel anger or more anxious we unknowingly breath more faster then we  normaly breath, and when we feel sad our breathing became slower, like wise when we are happy  our breathing remains constant and so on... Runners, swimmers and most athletes have great physic and a great immunisystem and that is only because they pumps more oxizen to the body ; according to a many Olympic athletes breathing techniques helps them to boost there stamina and helps to get control on there body and mind.
In case of making decisions or  putting attention to your goal all we need is a stable mind and high vision. But most of our emotions are the big obstacles in achieving self happyness and a sound mind.  Breathing properly make our mind and body stronger and sharper. So there is a simple technique of breathing to get control of your basic emotions... When you starts feeling too much emotions(anger, sad, anxious,hungry..etc) take a long breath hold it for 2 seconds and relese slowly  with having a keen watch on the top of your nose. Use this technique regularly, you will surely get great changes. I practice it in my regular life and now I am mastered most of my immotions.
    OXIZEN AND OUR BODY
When we breath the air our lungs filters oxizen  and hemoglobin contains the oxizen particles and supply it to every cell of the body. And after too many chemical reaction the cells discharges carbon dioxide which again attached to hemoglobin and the hemoglobin surpass the carbon dioxide to the lungs and this is how our one breathing cycle goes on.
But do you know in this process through oxizen our blood purify itself and the most important element hemoglobin heals itself by containing more and more oxizen in it. More oxizen particles having blood increase the strenth of neurones in our brain which leads to increase our brain capacity. So greeting more oxizen into our body is the main thing.
Our lungs never use its full use until unless we put efforts on it. By regular practicing of breathing techniques like anulom vilom, kapalabhati and kumbhaka our body becomes more oxidised and our body starts healing itself.
Suryanamaskar is the simple to look but the most complicated scientific technology of all time. The postures and the technique of breathing according to it ,is the most holy and quick effective. It pumps out all carbonic material Fromm cell to out ward, it cleanse of the respiratory system and pulmonary alveolus ( cell of lungs). Which leads to purify the blood and control hormone levels. Persons having problems related to blood pressure (high/low) also get great benifts . Except this problems related to sleeping and low energy in case of women and low quality of sperm count in man  can also be cure by only practice it for 3 weeks. It's been scientifically proven that surya namaskar Prevents many disease.
These are the scientific technology which had been used by Indian rushi, munis and yogis more than 15000 BCE. This not belongs any religion or any community... They revailed these theories for well-being of entire human society but the saddest part is due to some fools now these techniques are going to be lost.

Don't follow the fools..written by srikar subhankar

   -    In the name of the god    -

In the name of religion and society many innocent lives had been taken and destroyed. in the /name of bhagwan/allah/god...etc the killers called themselves the seeker of the almighty god.  whenever if you try to stop them on the basis of there little  and false knowledge they mark you as a  atheist ... when you arise question on there knowledge  they make you  there enemy and they will try there there best to stop you , and after that if you stopped then may be your life will be safe  in sometimes but if you don't stop then they will make your life hell.
i have faced this kind of situation many times. so i learned one thing that.... eating carrot in front of a deaf...
But when something happens in the society very bad I became more emotional and uncontrolled. In my life after dealing many peoples  I come to a solution that, no one was never a good or a bad person but his/her society and experiences makes them good/bad. The mentality or the personality or the beliefs are basically based on the basic of the religious and social rules and regulation...most of the time the religious motives and basic knowledges makes a great effect in life styles of everyone...
so this article is to clarify the basics and real story of all religions and and all believes .

The early time of beliefs and culture

After human get civilised the beliefs of satya sanatana dharma was started...{to know about what is satya sanatan dharma please click here}. all the vedas , upanishads and sutras were discovered in the ages of satya sanatan dharma... the moral of satya sanatan dharma  was based on the real facts and practical experience. because before the satya sanatan dharm there was no belivs... because, when if there is no belief at all then human only beliefs in what he feels and what he get knowledge from his own experience. he arise questions on them and try to find out the answers and after he gets the answers. this was how all the vedas were discovered and yoga is the practical use  and the experimental science of all vedas.

Due to passing of time and decreasing of human mentality and intelligence the moral and real value of the satya sanatan dharm disappeared slowly slowly..... and time after time when the human society get big by day to day.... the rulers make mythologies and stories to control the human society. they started to take the terms from the vedas and and other religious scriptures they make  some new characters....  those characters were made in such a way like they have the extraordinary powers , and the powers which a man will never accuair . actually reason behind the creation of these characters was ' a real powerful man can control 10 peoples, but the fear pf that man can control more then 1000 of peoples' . soon after this the imaginary characters were became idols and soon people started to worship those idols.... and this is how all the idol worship was started.... this is now a days known as  the hindu dharma..... no doubt hindu dharma now still contains some of the rules and moral values of satya sanatan dharma..... but along with it have many blind believes which holds back. not only the hindu dharma but almost all religions like islam, christianity, buddhism, jainism ..etc   are also polluted now.... if you follow all the religious holly books like bible/geeta/quran/guru granth sahib etc... you will find out that now the so called religions are too different then what it was  when it was started....

Time after time the avatars {the messengers/those who where chosen by Him}, like muhammad, vedavyasa, jesus christ, mahavir jain, gautama buddha,  krishna..... and many more  who came in to society and try to change the society by giving there there ideologies and philosophy.... if you look after there philosophy and ideologies of them you will find out that these all are same and similar with each other. Because all have same and equal goal and motive... all deals with the salvation of human body...

At the end I can say that Vedas , Upanishads, prasthanams and brahmasutrs are not belongs to any religions or any particular society....like this yogas are also not belongs to any religion, so you may belongs to any religion or any society you can read and practise the yoga and read all vedas and upanishads.....

As we know Sanskrit is the real language of india... And the sanskrit language is a very complicated and very advanced.... though all the vedas and upanishads are written in sanskrit it is still difficult to determine the real meaning of these slokas.... only a person who is reached the higher level of self consciousness can provide you the real meanings of it... not only the vedas and upanishads but also the holly bible, holly quran , holly bhagwat geeta and the holly guru granth sahib also written in such a beautiful way that every word and every sentence of it have more then one meanings... the more i research on it the more i see different  face of it....

{ After many years of research I learn many things, I learn them and apply them in my Daly life... So I can say that my research was my 2nd teacher after my mother..-Srikar Subhankar}

As I say to every one of my friend there is the only one power and the one energy which binds us and controls the whole universe and even every particle of this universe.... instead of following the fools follow your instincts and your experience... try to find out the secret of the universe... because the creator wants us to find him... like hidensic game.... before me and you and till now there are many great peoples who had already won this game and able to find out the supreme soul....  in many times of my life I have interacted with  many of them who are already solved the mystery....

1- ईशा वास्यम् इदं सर्वम् यत्किञ्च जगत्यां जगत्  ।

 तेन त्यक्तेन भुञ्जीथा मा गृधः कस्य स्विद् धनम् ।    {Ishaupnishad}

2-Jesus answered, “The foremost is, ‘Hear, O Israel! The Lord our God is one Lord"          {bible;mark 12:29}

3-  قل هوا الله أحد {The Quran 112:1}

#Ultimate we can say that God is the only, he beyond the knowledge, shape, colour, creed, sex, guna(emotions)....etc.... He is nowhere while at the same time he is everywhere..... He is infinite and he is zero....#

*He is the only onl, the only truth*

All the above are from different different religions, they looks different from each other but in the mean time they address the same meaning... So go for the same meaning...

If you like it then never forget to share it

        Until the next article....byby😘
